I'm a mm patient and have to move from my perfect house. I have a veg room in the house (controlled light and air) and a greenhouse outside for finishing. I'm so bummed I have to give it all up. I live in Colorado where I'm legal and I'm staying here. Looking to find a new place to live. I have put so much work into my property and hope to find a mm patient who is also looking to buy or sell house. I need to be close to a hospital, about 10 min away. I could use some help here but am not sure how to go about this kind of search. Any suggestions out there? I also want to sell my house to another mm patient. This house is not for professional growing.

you gotta use the right euphemisms.

"perfect for the avid gardener"

"excellent facilities for gardening enthusiasts"

"grow your own fresh fruits and veggies year round with this charmer"

"you'll love watching your fruits and herbs grow in this house"

I know its not my business, but curious as to why you are having to sell your perfect house. Just to be closer to a hospital? If finances are good, rent that one out and buy a second.

I hope you find the right solution for your situation. I hope also that what I'm reading between the lines is incorrect.

Or perhaps find a small apartment close to the hospital to rent to stay in; making that $ up by renting yours to a family member so you can keep your grow going. Best of luck to you through all your trials and tribulations.

I am throwing blood clots due to polycythemia vera. I live now about 45 min away and need to be 10 min away for the best treatment.

Polycythemia causes the bone marrow to produce excess red blood cells, they get dumped into the kidneys and that in turn cause other problems like renal failure, kidney stones, blood clots. It can be life threatening.

I am growing a plant called the "good Wife" that is almost all CBD's and I am looking forward to the harvest (hopefully). The selling of the house throws a monkey wrench into the mix. I don't want the high THC medication as I want to be able to function. I use mm for pain.

Almost got the house ready for a virtual tour. HOpe to do that by this weekend. Thanks for your interest.
