Seedlings

Ok I m on my first grow and Ive planted 20 seeds and all have sprouted I started them in Jiffy pots and now have them in small pots, I have them under 2 400 watt MH lights they are about 3 1/2 inches tall and the light is about 18 inches from the tops, My question is that too much light? and do you think the light should be higher or lower everything looks fine to me but just want some input heat is no problem they are in their own room.

That sounds wonderfull the more light the more bud at the end...and if ure not having heat probs GROW ON......Post some pics if u can i would love to see this...
