Also added soil to cover most of stems. How much water?
Just water it slow until you see some come out the bottom and wait

You will get a feel for when the pot is light and needs more water. Watering frequency will depend on humidity, light, and wind. If you're unsure if the pot is too light or not in a few days, stick your finger in there and see if it is moist. Too much water can be a problem just like not enough can

I know....I have started moving outdoors for most of day...pure sun....then new lights for the evening...6 hrs of dark. Added soil and braced. Will see. Have more seeds......
Yeah, my seedlings do at least twice as good in every way when I put them outside for sun and rain water. I just set them out this morning.

Will this light suffice? And how long... 12 hrs??

No.

Best small light on the market - I've got the prior model and it was a decent light. The new model is superb.

Your plants are stretching because they're not getting enough light. In your situation, your plants should get light 18/6 (18 hours on, 6 off). If they don't get adequate light they won't be able to generate enough energy to grow leaves and stems.

I just bought this light. I like the even par across the tent.
