seedlings getting real sunlight vs cfl

so right now i have my little seedlings popping their heads above ground. one is an inch tall. the other half and 3 more are breaking through and the other 4 are still to come. I had them under some fluorescent but didn't know if they were the right type. So I moved them 13" under my 150 watt hps for the moment. but this time of day in the morning there is plenty of sun coming through my sliding glass door. is it worth putting them in the sunlight for a few hours?

or should I just get the right fluorescent and stop moving them? thanks

Nothing beats mother nature, the natural sunight makes plants smile even for a few hours
