seedlings dying

my seedlings are 1 wk old,they are bending over and tips are turning yellow.they are in rockwool under 400w mh 150 cm above.wots wrong?shud i put them back in the prop chamber as the rockwool seems 2 dry out fast.how often shud i water them.its my first grow 1 had dyed already plz help

did you soak your rockwool in phed water before you germed?

ur first problem is using rockwool that stuff is nasty shit to work with try something kinder like soil. u might have too much light on them too soon try using a high output flo. or move ur light even farther away.

seedling need to be kept wet all the time until they get established
