Seedlings and humidity

I can't find a definitive answer on this. How long do I keep the plastic bags over the dixie cups to provide humidity.

My seeds have sprouted, one of them is still bent over and hasn't straightened out yet, the other is standing tall. They both have their first round of leaves.

Question is do I take the plastic bags off right now? Or, do I keep the bags on the cups till the second or even third round of leaves?

My temps range from 83-85. Each plant is under two 23w daylight cfls.

you really dont even need that bag on there. humidity domes are more for new clones than new seedlings. seedlings will be fine without.
