So which seedbanks give out the most freebies? Best quality freebies?

Breeder's Boutique, great genetics, pricing, customer service and freebies all in one. Not sure if it's still on but they had a promo going on which I believe runs until 4/20 using SPRING50 as the code, makes their 10 packs of regs (they have one fem of DOG) like $21 a pack, plus they'll throw in a pack of freebies, usually whatever next strain they're working on.

I myself have gotten the most for the least from Oregon Elite Seeds. I purchased 6 packs and got 3 packs free (A pack had 12 a pack had 6 a pack had 3 all from different breeders) I got some stickers (Big Worm) and a sin city seed hat pin. There prices seem to be about the same as other banks and lower on some (breeders) Ive purchased twice (last purchase was my largest). I see there gonna add new breeders on 5/2 gonna wait to see what they add from them before I place my next order. First order took 3 days to get second order was here in 2 days (lucky me).

I still like Attitude. I order every Christmas for the December promo. I usually choose about 8 feminised strains and get about 10 free feminized strains. 18 to 20 strains with guaranteed shipping for about $120 isn't bad. It's actually hard to try to run them all before the next order.

Attitude has the best freebies IMO handsdown. Their birthday promo is damned hard to beat.
This past month I made 3 orders through Attitude, 1 order through peakseeds and 2 orders through greatlake genetics.
Greatlake had a bodhi promo (buy 1 pack, choose a free pack) that really made it hard to pass up.

I have they improved their stealth? It's been a while since I ordered through them...and it wasn't very discrete.

Ya that's one thing about Oregon elite seeds is they ship very very fast ( 2-3 days Ive ordered twice one took 2 days other took 3) and very discreet (A small Box one order and a heavy envelope on the other) I ordered 6 packs of seeds and got 3 different breeders seeds as freebies (Red eyed Kobain Kush f2 12 seeds DJ Short shortbread actually had 5 in it and a farmhouse genetics grape juice 3 seeds) there site says buy any 2 packs you get free seeds

I have never used their stealth shipping. Every time I order I get the same letter that has no problems in customs at all. I have always said it is the bigger packages that get busted.

Great lakes genetics got the best freebies. Look em up lots of guys have posted pics of the crazy amount of good shit you get!

I gotta agree with @GroErr on this one, ordered 10 Fireballs and 10 Plemon from Breeders boutique and got 10 Sour Cherry + 10 Sour Kush x Deep Blue free, just £58 including shipping. You gotta spend hundreds to get that many free beans anywhere else.
