Seed probably from hermie not growing

Hi! I found one seed when grinding my last grown bud. I thought I'd give it a shot, had no intention of growing another plant but it germinated fine. Now it's been 3 weeks under 180w led temp 77f and rh 40.
It's not growing... at first it started to stretch so I put it closer to light and since then it has onle grew 2 sets of tiny leaves. Pic below. Should I dump it or will it grow to a decent plant? My last grow was auto so probably seed is also auto..

Definitely the soil

find quality soil with 20% perlite

will help

so will avoid over watering

sure looks time for quality nutrients. if its important enough to you pick up a grow bible and read it.

Been using same soil for past grows an had worked fine
