Seed making Questions ...

Ok so everything is going as planned , my question is. Is the 2nd gen plant seeds going to been any better you know since Ive the same type male and female , since there the same as the mom and dad can I expect them to be a little bit better or stronger ?


What are the Pros and cons and making seeds from the two same types genetics , will it be just the same or a little better , the seeds are super super dark allready kind strand but thats how they were when I started them way back then from the begaining.. thanks for your insight guy take care cheers ...)

If you breed a male and female of the same genetics you will get F2's. You should find a lot of different plant types in the seeds, which is why people breed them.

An F1 plant is a Filial 1 plant, or a first-generation plant. An F2 plant is a Filial 2, a second generation plant.

Some of the plants may turn out better or worse than their parents. There should be a lot of variety.

If the parents are both from an inbred line of genetics you won't likely get much variety since they won't be F2.
