I was just sitting here smoking a couple bowls of excalibur from area51 genetics and I saw a 420 goodie box and it got me thinking. There are so many people here that have the itch to constantly pick up new seeds all the time, myself included. So many new flavors coming out and not enough time or space to grow them all out right this instant.

Anyways I am just wondering if anyone else thinks it would be cool to have a program where you pay your 15-50 bucks a month or whatever and you get a little box with samples of all the latest and greatest.

This was a mix of adult rootbeer drunkeness and some really good herb, I didn't quite pan out the details I am just wondering if people would even be interested in something like this. Obviously it would have to come from someone trustworthy and have some test runs or something done.

I was thinking that 3 packs should suffice for testers, I like how attitude used to give like 20 singles for the 420 promo but when you only have 1 seed what happens if you want more... well you gotta go buy more. The seed junkies box is to hold over all of us folks who just can't pull our heads away from the assortment of deliciousness that continues to be offered to us.

Shit if I was running it I would want to also have a peoples choice option, every month vote for one strain that is a premium strain to get in the next months box or something. Just ideas, anyone can feel free to set this up I am on step one, dreaming it up.

I think that would be a great idea because Im all about variety and picking out seeds is like pulling teeth for me I cant decide ever. I also think that seed companies should sell their F1 test seeds instead of throwing them out lke alot of them do. The seeds that they get in between stabilizing a strain and all the crazy wild phenos that were left over.

If I was a seed vendor it would be much easier as I would have access to the wholesale prices and could get a number in my head for what I would be needing to start this up. Off the top of my head I was thinking having enough for a 3 month subscriptions for at least 20 people. But the problem then is what if the idea doesn't take off.

We need a cannabis style shark tank, I think I have a good enough idea. :P

That's a good idea - I'll propose it & see what I can make happen.

The only problem we would have is that we can't take credit cards outside the UK, so payment would be a constant problem.
Maybe we could put together a proof-of-concept/prototype kind of thing just for RIU members?

Without the cards, I can't see it working on a large scale unless people did it where they prepaid for like 6 months or something.

I think if pre-orders were involved you could order your 3 month subscription off the top, one month wouldn't really be for the customer base I am thinking. The one monthers would grab and run, if it is going to be special it should be 3-6 month commitment.

You guys are so cool at gorilla! I am in the middle of bleaching my tents right now and then putting my new beans in :D

Hear ye hear ye direct from king arthur's kingdom comes merlin's magic bean box lol. Sounds like a dope idea if you can hammer out more of the details. If anything I think the funding would almost be the easy part if interest were actually there. Crowdfunding can be a great thing if the product is viable. Boom! theres your stoner shark tank lol, offer 6 month subscription for initial donation

Great idea. I saw a monthly medical herb thing that was outragously expensive and thought i would totally buy it if it was seeds instead of expensive buds. Would be a good way to test new strains or get rid of unpopular stuff.

That fathers root beer is good but too sweet cant drink more than one. Crown and root beer is where its at.

I know a member here who could donate his whole collection and I could probably sustain the model for a few years XD hahaha just kiddin he only has like 2 packs of everything.

Alright, I have to clean this room real fast and then I will get back into thinking mode and smoke some couchlock.
