SOS is brill 5 free seeds no matter what you order.... I normally pay cash through post and it works out good.....

That's great you got your beans but I will never use them again. They still have no CC payment system, so that counts me out straight away. The reason I think they can't get a CC payment provider I believe (just my opinion) is they have been flag to many times as being fraudulent and the reason for that is there customer service has always been shit and still is (In my experience any way). If you won't answer emails in a timely manner of course people are going to complain and try and get there money back, I know I definitely would.

So SOS bought it on themselves

And that's exactly why I'll never order off them again. They will only reply to issues they want to deal with. If they don't want to deal with your particular issue your out of luck. Won't answer the fone? I wounder why they can't get a CC system again.....

I send money through post.... I've done it twice and il need some beans soon.
They've got so much freebies tho... 5 free freebies no matter how many seeds you purchase lol.

there are better deals out there and sos seems to have died around here months ago. EM went missing, no c.c. orders, etc etc.

plenty of places if you shop around. i normally go thru the tude when they have promos. but there are many others. search the seedbank review sections.

my last order was 100 bucks for 30 beans.

Seaofseeds are way better tude and herbies are very overpriced 3 seeds of blue dream £26.06 SOS 16.46 plus 5 free freebies..... undoubtedly SOS are way better.....

I've but seeds of SOS twice now and they're great... The freebies are just awesome price is great and overall my favourite so far for price.... What I would like tho is to have them in original packaging I've never had it once out of the twice I've bought from them I would love to but I would be afraid incase my beans got lost on the way and I would have lost money for nothing.... has anyone ha their package lost also I'm from uk so it might be different I don't know? Help

Pretty sure i've been scammed by these f****. Made an order on the 6th, paid by bank transfer the same day and emailed them to confirm. I got an invoice from them on the 9th. It's now the 17th and i've received nothing. Emailed twice and rang once, no response. I'd strong suggest everyone AVOIDS these people. Yes, their deals are good and free shipping is a rarity for seed bank but nobody who runs a business this badly deserves and customers. Plus, no Credit Card function is very dodgey. I've heard of websites that offer a discount for bank transfer but never one that only accept bank transfers or money orders

BUT personally, I knew I was done with SOS after their security breach released sensitive customer details. Add that with no cc, and a page that hasn't been updated in years... Yeah no.

I sent an order to Sea of Seeds by POST on September 1, 2013, (Inv# 10000173). I sent an email to SOS in November, 2013 stating that I hadn't received anything. SOS promptly replied that they did NOT know what I was saying! On, July 5, 2014, the order that I had assumed lost appeared in my mailbox. What happened? Was the letter lost by the post office(s)? I need additonal seeds - but not from SOS - because who wants to wait months? By living in Cali, I can get seeds from dispensaries;however, our dispensaries ALWAYS sell either ten (10) regular or six (6) feminized seeds for $100.00. Attitude, here cometh a customer!

Medical Patients:

No matter whether the company is located in the US, Canada, or overseas, NEVER SEND CASH through the mail without registering the envelope, (I worked in a US Post Office for years and watch torn envelopes with money riding the belt. Registering will cost an additional $20.00. Why register a $30.00 sale for $20.00? The choice is yours.

Hello all i am back and it seems since I've been gone for just over a year things hasn't been the same i.e. efficiency, customer support etc,

first of all Happy New Year i hope 2015 will be a good year for everyone
Now for an update which you all deserve since i haven't been able to get on here, i have been in Spain sorting out a new company and bank accounts for sos which is now done, trust me when i say this, its been the biggest head ache I've ever had to injure getting a secure credit card processor is nile on impossible unless you want to lose 18% in charges per transaction but anyway, I'm now back in UK and we now have a cc processor in place, bit coins will be back up shortly we are just waiting on a website plugin from the bit coin company once thats done i will update you further,

As for the security of the site everything has been upgraded and we are running a completely different system compared to the system we first opened with in 2011.

As for the support and the efficiency I'm now back and aim to sort out any problems as i did before i have a lot of work to do lol so i will try to get on here in a few days, The office is open on the 5th Jan 2015 so any emails received won't be answered until then.
I would like to say a big thank you for the support we had in 2014 In the mean time i hope you all have a cracking year ahead.
