Before you put the net/webbing over your sea-o-green...

do you top them? or should I top them a few times before screening them? Hummm

you want to top them..let it split and then screen it...from there start weaving the growth through the screen when ever it pops above the canopy...as you do this to the top growth all the lower growth will speed up and try to reach for dominance while the hormones are off from the training...as the new growth pokes through keep weaving across the canopy...when canopy about 75% full switch the lights........
