My two cents worth, our country was originally founded on a Republic.
Democracy is failing us all and costing us a shit ton of money.
The people in Washington are suppose to represent the people of our nation and what we feel is best for us as a nation.
I am sorry, but I am really loosing any faith in the country I was born into.
The phrase " greatest country on earth" does not mean anything to me.
If a person is judged by his actions, than a government should be as well.
Just my rant.

And McKesson had run afoul of the feds before. In 2008 the distributor settled similar allegations for $13.25 million.

Youre misled..because the way that went down in the end was sum bullshits. And it has simularr stories as well

I'm not taking a side and I don't want to know details, nor did I have the patience to read through several pages of back and forth insults over a matter that is completely unrelated to this subforum. It seems as though the parties involved had very little to say to each other and that most of the comments came from uninvolved persons. Please guys, of all the fucking people in the world, I should not be the one telling people to chill. However, I can opine objectively.

With that being said $580 is significant (at least to me, I could do a lot of diving with that or buy a nice lens that I have my eye on) and the matter should be settled and brought to rest, just not in this subforum. If it were up to me, I'd lock the thread or delete it while encouraging a mediated dialogue between the involved parties and exclude the several nosy people who have involved themselves in the business transactions of others.

Just my 2¢.

if i recall correctly, he hit a wall of shit and had to make some tough decisions to put his wife and kid first. if $580 got dropped in the mess somewhere, i'm not gonna demonize the guy for it. he never operated in bad faith with me or anyone else i knew. he's always been honest.
