Thanks mate
just started a few seedlings @ 17 days
i wanted the option to flower them quickly so i started a few freebies and s1 rather than wasting my more important seed stash
they are all cheese/skunk crosses with a couple of biker kush s1s
now i got a friend that wants lots of clones, so i will veg them a bit longer than originally planned

Looking great, that lush green makes me miss my tubes only more. My hydro plants look very much like that around that age, almost cabbage like, thick short stems and the leaves are as sturdy as some of my house plants. They usually bulge a bit like that too until they grow more foliage.

Ok, page 16 pics...

Got this on one plant that otherwise looks healthy:

Maybe too much bat shit in that one :dunce: Probably just burned and close up pics makes me see things I normally don't. Doesn't look healthy... also looks like the frost that is normally on those fans isn't popping out.

The fat tri right in the back has two largely purple fans:

I know some people like that coloration and fading near the end but while I don't necessarily mind, it's too soon. Night temps as lows as 58, though no longer than a few hours. Checked local shops for heating mats but they are more expensive than I remembered and I might just rather spend that on pvc...

groupshot, I added one of the plants in smaller pot back after removing most of it's side branches, it's the second one from the right in center row.

all caught up. man has this been an informative and visually aesthetic thread. anxious to see your end product.
Hey thanks for reading and the likes-bomb :D

They look alright, don't sweat it too much. Soon enough you'll be back to your tubes =)
Thanks Jad, the thing is that they still got a couple of weeks to go and I can't really solve the issues they got. It's ok though, this round was mostly about the wp trait, a quickie before I continue with the P cross.

The plan was too use the B.A.C Flower 6-5-6 once the soil depleted but given the burned tips it doesn't look that happened enough to give it even at low doses. Although like I mentioned, that stuff is notorious for burning. While I could buy some nutrients and address each plant separately I probably would end up making things worse for half of them. It's fortunately a relatively fast strain but I foresee a very yellow harvest. Anyway, just going to ride it out, see what happens. :)

I'm not going back to my tubes just yet though. Going to do another round on soil first, simple bottled nutes this time.

Already popped the F3 seeds, the most eager so far:

Seeded mini bud:
F3seeds.jpg

Plucked one off yesterday and seeds are looking good (brown and striped).

Switched to 12/12 on 13 or 14 dec so 7 weeks next weekend. CH needs only 8 weeks but I can tell it's been a bit slower, especially during transitioning with the small pots so probably more like 2 weeks.

Got most in soil/coco (love coco for germinating and cloning) but some in rock wool, just for space reasons. I always noticed one or more in the rock wool that cut itself on the opened seed shell, like the one above. Never really caused a problem but shows it's not ideal.

Following pics is from the one female that is from a different mother than the two mothers of the others (the plant in center front in group shots). It had regular phyllotaxy up until the main bud, which is now the fattest. I kept a few seeds from that mother because it was more hazy (taste) after drying... this one smells great, look forward to smoking it.

A smaller side bud (each have many so all small-ish) on the formerly fattest tri (whorled from node 4, so in terms of wp my best)

lowerbud_firsttri.jpg
Main bud has more white pistils and still some swelling to do, but it seems it's no longer the fattest tri because its ridiculous short flowering time. Had barely 7 weeks so far.

The hazy-from-another-mother:

Obviously needs longer (look... no purple/red stems, healthy green... ).

And so does the frizzle pheno:
frizzlepheno.jpg

#20 in P-F2 had that too (instead of the spiky hairdo) and swelled into the desired bud structure but I doubt it will do that as nicely with the messed up nutrient regime.

Can't wait for this round to be over...

Id LOVE to run me some sativied gear.
Put me in line too. This thread is a masterpiece.......it should be renamed "Super-Duper Advanced Marijuana Cultivation". Your aptitude for efficiency and detail is very impressive. You set the bar high Sativied, but that just means that I'm coming for you. I'm a millennial so I still have time -- my brain isn't even fully developed yet. Or maybe you can just hook me up with a job at Sativied Seeds. ;-)
