Salt Water Hash? Rosintech? The game is changing!

So I've recently come across some new techniques and have little information about them. Salt water bubble hash? Really? Anyone know what that is all about? Also, rosin hash? It makes sense but what is the point when you can get full melt with bubble bags?

Anyone have pics of salt water hash and can give me some more insight about it, also pics of rosin hash and techniques would be cool. I feel like I'm so old school when I hear about all of these new methods of hash making.

The purpose of Rosin is to make an oil out of some c grade sift so it is dabbable IMO because I would never use full melt.
What you are doing is extracting the oil from the trichome head.....So its a soleventless extract......But heat is used so yes it loses some terps and will not be as tasty.

The only reason I can think people would be adding salt to there water.... is to lower the freezing point of the water.... so they can get the temps down below 32f or 0c.......I am about to make a run right now and best believe I am not going to be using salt lmao...IMO its stupid......throw a piece of dry ice in there if u care that much. Also when the salt is vaporized it changes into chlorine yum. :weed:

Is making rosin similar to just pressing out some water hash to dab? Or is more heat involved? I use heat and pressure to press out my water hash to use in my rig, it sounds rosin is similar to this but must use hotter temps.

I would never want salt anywhere near my trim. People are using sea water from what I am seeing/ hearing. I wonder if salt particles are big enough that they would be caught in the 180-220u work bags and separated from the trichome heads? Either way, I'm sure not ALL of the salt would be caught in the work bags, I would imagine some salt would make it through and into the actual hash bags.. Just gross to think about! I also did not know salt vaporizes into chlorine... Another reason I ask wtf are people thinking using salt water lol. I honestly just use a bag or so of regular bagged ice and the hash comes out incredible, I'm not sure why people are trying to change something as simple as bubble hash, you can't really upgrade water technology..

rosin tech you uses a hair straightener. Place a bud between parchment paper and then squeeze it between the hot straightener. The resins excrete out the bud into the paper. Then scrape up and dab. I still prefer microplaned bubble. The rosin is pretty harsh like scissor hash. It hasn't been cleaned like bubble.

I've never heard of the salt tech. That sound stupid. But people make bho. Butane is made from petroleum..... That's pretty stupid too

Rosin is more like reclaim....that is if you were going to try to compare it to something....but your not using hot temps like it would take to make reclaim oil.... You would take your not so melty sift and lightly touch your hash against a metal surface that is slightly heated.... then remove it and you should see a light oil glistening on the metal....cool the hash then scrape up....and repeat until you feel that there is no need...... Salt is also soluble in water... Im not so sure of its soulbilty at differant temps.....But if your using it and the hash is in the same water then no doubt trace elements would be left behind....even if it was safe I wouldn't do it because I find no reason.

Anyone have any pics of the rosin end product? Particularly the one where you take bud and press it in between parent paper.

I know the 50% has got to be bs for sure, no one can pull 50% off of any extract process unless using extracts.. But it does look good. I haven't had any of my bubble come out golden like that, it's always like this (this is my ice wax) or various shades lighter/darker. But never shatter golden Screenshot_2015-03-01-21-12-18.png
