sales laws

i was wondering whats the laws like when in comes to patient to patient sales or transfer of goods for medical marijuana in their? is it allowed or whats the punishment?

Grey areas abound, but basically no selling. Many in the grey take "reimbursement of costs" from other patients. The only clear cut area is that it's OK to reimburse your grower for costs but not labor.

Legal technicalities aside, I've never heard of anyone getting in trouble for patient to patient transactions...except the "dispensaries".
