Started this grow to test out my upgraded setup, changed up my style (DWC to soiless/promix HP) and trying out new nutrient program by RX Green Solutions (they have an R&D facility based in colorado for Cannabis nutrition and product research)

Design:

*4x4x6.5 Appollo Grow Tent
*XL generic chinese 6" air cooled reflector
*Hydrofarm magnetic 1000watt ballast with ultra sun hps bulb(bloom)
*lumatek switchable 600watt ballast with 400watt MH bulb for vegg
*200watt full spec CFL for mother/clones
*4x4 SCROG net
*3gal plastic pots with promix HP
*RX Green Solutions- Life Clone full line, Grow and Bloom line and Axiom Harpin Proteins
*Addititives- Fox Farm solubles (open sesame, beastie bloomz, cha Ching)
Fox Farm Kelp extract, Kanga roots, and Big Bloom (used during veg),super thrive, Bud Candy and Nirvana (during bloom)

Two SAGE n' Sour clones we're used (I started from gifted fem seed)

Clones we're vegged starting in May for approx 4 weeks under the 200 watt cfl and moved to the 400 watt cfl to finish off vegging and acclimate to intensifying light. RX Green Solutions grow base nutes and about 1xweek amended the promix with Big Bloom organics, Kanga roots beni bacteria and kelp extract. Kelp was also given as a foiler spray altetetnately with the Axiom Harpin application. The idea was to keep the soil alive along side the synthetic base. According to RX their products are naturally based and have a low salt content.

12/12 switch started on June 6, I had to leave town for about 2 weeks June 10 and put everything on auto with a drip feed system. Worked out ok, a little bit of stress occurred while I was gone so a few tweaks are needed.

It's been about 4 weeks of flowering, I've applied the fox farm bloom boosters per their schedule at the lower dose, things are now starting to begin a little frost and is smelling exactly like grape skittles, extremely yummy fruity grape goodness :)

I'll get some pics up shortly...

Growth after I got back, sorry magnetic ballast and iphone cameras don't mix well. I had to do some scrog maintenance...

Before I left I made 6 clones off my mother, they are going in after this grow, trying to get a feel for the potential of this tent so I'm planning on vegging them taller and no scrog. Unfortunately I had a 707 headband and purple train wreck from HSO that I was going to mother that died while I was gone, I think this sns is probly better genetics , gonna have to try out the MK Ultra by TH seeds as well, looks pretty hot. Also got a CO2 setup that I was playing with while these were vegging but I'm going to have to get a dehumidifier and co2 controller to seal it off.

RX Green Solutions has been working fine for me thus far, I had to re clone a mother off my sage when I got back and used the RX line up, clone gel, solution and spray and wow, usually my clones sag a little and discolor before they take. Using the RX products my clone looks like I just freshly stuck it in its pot of promix so I'll definitely be using that again :)

I'm used to using fox farm solutions cause that's what was available but next run I think I'm going to try either full organic liquid with AN or organics with AN Conni and see what the hype is all about, I've been researching RX and they use fulvic , humic, amminos and other bio stimulants etc like AN as well as some "patented" technologies but cost about 50% less than connisour so I'd really like to compare the two since they both make cannabis specific nutes and both have scientific research backup.

Here's a 6 week update, buds continue to frost up, florals are still pretty sweet with just a hint of skunky hash starting to come through. Smell is not overwhelming until my hands brush up against the buds while managing dying leaves and I come out all sticky with oils :) since this was sort of a test run with this strain I wasn't going for yield as much but I have six clones ready to swap out when these girls are done and by the looks of it that should fill out nicely.

Im running sage n sour right now myself.

How many weeks are you running them for? I know they say 56-63 days but from what Im seeing it looks like they are going to go about 70 days until they are done.

You have any pictures of them in week 5? Wanted to see how mine were stacking up since this is my first run of them. This is day 26 so far. They seemed to initiate flowering quickly but dont seem to have made it to the swelling and bulking stage as quickly as I expected which is why I believe they are gonna be a little longer than I expected until harvest. I'd love to see how yours look if you have some week 5-6 photos to compare and if you have any info on them regarding their progress that would be cool too.

Those are looking good Cannabil :), this is my first round with SNS, they will definitely start to bulk up in late flower, I think mine we're around week 6-7. This looks like a 9 week strain to me so far, I have 6 clones almost 24" tall ready to flower after this run to go for some yield. Current run is about 2 weeks out, I have some pics on my journal, probly update some more pics tonight. Buds are really starting to harden up so I think I'm going to be pleased with this strain.

I just realized I posted that reply IN my journal haha, there's a pic at week 6 and they've been fattening up since then, I'll try to get a pic tonight after work, you can see where their at which is just starting on week 8 I think, tempting my patience but they last couple weeks will make the difference

Im hoping they are just some late bloomers. I was running the a g13 haze cross which is a 50 day cut so those exploded with quick growth. I've been running those for a little bit so these ones are throwing me off as they are no where near as developed at 4 weeks. Guess I have to play the waiting game and hope in another week or so I can see some swelling and next growth phase come in.

You running co2? I heard these are best cut around 70 days.

I like how they grow short and stocky with good bud development and didnt stretch much. Only 1 of them is the different pheno which I put to the side its about a foot taller and lankier more sativa dominant pheno. I wont be using those cuts I took earlier for anything (gonna scrap them). The rest are all primo.

if they do take 70 days Im not gonna continue to run them though. All extra cost and time probably not worth the wait but well see. Good luck cant wait to see some more pics and updates!
