SAGE N SOUR GROW REPORT

TH Seeds, what can I say. I havent had the best of luck with them but here we go.

Out of a pack of 10 got 4 females worth moving to flower room, I always let seedlings show me sex in veg, clone and move to flower.

All 4 have hermie problems, they showed up around week 5 of flower. All had same general smell, Hazy, Earthy, sage, some hints of Diesel.

Pheno #1 Good Structure and Branching, smells like hazy earthy with some sage, hints of diesel but not much. I may keep this one and see if clones have same problems, sometimes seedlings have has a rough life.

Pheno #2 Two plants were similar having longer xmas tree shape and big colas going all the way down. Bananas(male hermie flowers) developed on both but seemed somewhat benign.

Pheno #3 The loser of the bunch, killed clones of it when in flower, just not good structure.

Overall I am not sure if any will stay in my stable, all are a little too hermie prone for my liking, Im going to try a few rounds and see if I cant figure her out a bit better. Didnt seem to be a nutrient hog like the breeders say. All mine were Sage leaning for sure, couldnt really tell much sour D influence. Resin on leaves was minimal but good on buds. I really like the smell, really different just didnt get anything killer.

I must have gotten lucky, my sage n sour was really herm resistent for me. It smelled llike sage and I topped it so it had 4 giant colas. I wouldn't call it the best bud in the world but its definitely quality. I only grew a freebie out though and I didn't have much expectation of it so I actually killed the clones off before it finished. Made me a little sad but I got way too much shit to stay on one thing that isn't golden.

I've run one fem freebee. Cut it at 11 weeks and still didn't think it was done, but needed the space. Posted pics on another sage n sour thread. It never looked like it was going to be great. As the OP said, little visible frost until you looked into the buds, still very sticky to trim. Description of the taste is about right - exactly what I would think a sage and sout would taste like, and not a favorite. But I do like the effects when vaped. I've got 2 more beans, but have no plans to pop them.

fwiw - I loved the TH A-Train freebee enough to get a 5 pack. Hope to run a couple sometime this year.
