Runt or deficiency?

hey guys, this is my second grow (first time fully organic). The gorilla glues are beasts... but one one of the two sky walker OGs is so much smaller than the other. Smaller lighter leaves and flimsy skinny stalks. Same age, same conditions in my 5x5 grow tent. I'm using growilla amendment and might've got slight nitrogen toxicity on those two but still even before that, it's always been the smallest. I'm wondering... since these are midnight farms clones, presumably from the same batch/mother. What the issue could be? There doesn't seem to be any leaf problems or weird growths other than the small leaves themselves. Could this Just be a dud? Organic soil, organic amendments, never over watered. Once under watered.

Seeds unlike clones are like brothers and sisters, they can come in different sizes and shapes and some will be strong and some can be weak, maybe to a lesser degree with good genetics but it is still the case.

Right by these were all clones.

Here's day 7 of flower. You can the one in back right quadrant is so much smaller but they're all lookin good nonetheless...

Note you might not be able to even see it in the pic. The front right plant is blocking it with its height. But ideally the canopy would extend all the way back.
