I finished my first grow not too long ago, and I learned a lot of things along the way. I lost over 2/3 of my crop to mold (predicted about 20 oz lost). That was partially caused by having my fans too low because my carbon filters weren't working well enough. So now that I've learned from that, I've got a better filter that should be able to keep up at higher CFMs, and I'll be adding oscillating fans. Here's to a successful round #2! :bigjoint:

I will be running BC Seed King's White Widow under a 4x4 scrog screen and 1000w. I'll veg under MH and flower under HPS. The girls will be in 5 gallon hempy buckets, and I'll be feeding Jack's Hydro supplemented with Calcium Nitrate.

Close to 2 pounds. I pulled 10oz of good bud out of it, and more than that was in the waste pile when I was done. It was really sad to see so much otherwise BEAUTIFUL bud go, but learning the hard way means I'm not gonna forget it.

I'm actually thinking I might run a RDWC this time around. I just cleaned up the roots from my last grow and that was a PAIN! Plus the added growth of DWC might help fill the scrog screen faster.

Hey, what's a good res meter? One that measures PH and TDS, and bonus points if it does temp, but I don't NEED it to measure temp.

probably not. i think i got the rot because i grow in a place that has old nasty carpet. if you really want to prevent it i would brew some of heisenberg's compost tea. that stuff is gold and will make sure you dont get any rot. an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.

Is that a nutrient or just an enhancer? Like do I add that to my nutes or IS that my nutes?
