Roseman's DIY Bubbleponics Tutorial

That completes the first two full weeks for the bucket and one tank, and one full week on the 2nd tank that I had to start all over, after I robbed it of sprouts for the other tank.

I am not going to discuss ppm and ppm meters here a lot, I do not beleive in letting the ppm meter tell me about my plants adn grow.

That completes my SET-UP, and I am ready to answer questions here and share the thread as my grow journal with anyone that visits.
I will be adding info on growing and speeding up the grow, increasing trichs, problem solving, etc and sharing my tips and advice.
Please feel free to ask me what is not already answered here.
Please do not hi-jack this thread and attempt to change it into a chat room. If you do not know how to start a thread of oyur own, or post pics in YOUR grow journal, then ask me.

I hope this thread helps all the new growers just starting out.

ROSEMAN or anyone else able to clear this up for me. I have the Bubbleponics™ Pro II - 24 Planter. I will be transferring clones over for my first grow and i have established a multi spectrum as you have suggested... One thing i am lost with is the purpose of the big reservoirs and how they work with the individual Plant reservoirs where they actually grow. When you add the nutes do you put them in the actual twin res or the individual ones and if so being that the twin res's are going out to four tanks, whats the amount of nutes you put in it... along with how much water in each individual grow res... The feeding and the distinction between the plant res and reservoir res has me a bit confused. I know im suppose to put the nutes in the twin res but do i put 1/4 nutes in it and just fill up the plant res's with ph balanced water? etc... Please clarify the purpose and how im suppose to use the Twin res's with the individual plant res (4 of them). Thanks man and great write up

Roseman,

First time college grower. I would be absolutely CLUELESS without this thread. All the info on the net is scattered and inconsistent, here you've put together a complete walk through that even my ass can follow. You are a class act my friend. Many thanks to you and all your hard work. Now keep those fingers crossed!

Should I have a constant drip being feed into my rockwool/hydrotron? I'm alittle confused on the rate the water should be feeding the plants

Roseman uses a 8 gallon bucket makes a mark at 6 gallons for his water level, my bucket is a lil larger and would like to know how far beneath the net pots should my water level be at , also when do i remove the pump? ok ok onemore lol, the trickle feed lines in the net pots ,whn the rock wool is in place should i have the line up agasit it or just sitting in the clay balls ? and lastly does it matter how much gallons or liter p/h the line feed the net pots?

I noticed in a post from the previous page, that roseman and other bubbleponics peeps may be at a new forum.
You may want to ask ?'s there also.

Probably the best thread as far as information on this style of growing. I have grown in soil and am now growing hempy style. This thread has inspired me to look into changing over yet again. The wife hates it when I change direction. I have more pages to read but I am along for the ride on this one.

when someone asks for it..

ive just read this from start to finish.

all ive got to say is great tute by roseman but pitty about all the fuk witts that cant read and cant keep there stupid mouths shut and sent a great grower elsewhere!

i guess thats the problem with the internet....

this is an amazing information packed tutorial rose man it has inspired me to transform a closet i have that looks exactly like the one you used into a grow area i have tons of ideas for the room but i still have not set anything in stone for the design. If you are still on here id like to PM with you some time over a few ideas i have and see what your opinion is on them. thanks alot for your time and effort!

im not sure if anyone is still following this thread but iv got an idea for a rez cooler that may work pretty well and can be found cheap

you could run your submersible water pump through one of these

and either run it in your main rez with a splitter on your pump to pump water into your grow rez and through the cooler or just pun it in the rez your growing in. you could also have a fan blow through the cooler or put the cooler in a bucket of ice temporarily while the pump is running. I have NOT tried this yet but i would assume it would cool your rez quite well as they work wonders if used correctly on a car or truck.
