roots question

hello to all. my roots on my plants never look good, they are dark and small and thin like human hair. ive heard some things are out there that can be bought to help you have big strong roots, can you please give me your opinion on what to buy, what brand stuff etc..... thank you and god bless................

Start with a better potting soil\media. Look into biologicals such as mycorrhizae. Also liquid kelp could help, but a good media will help more than anything. If your mix is too heavy and has horrible drainage with a poor air-water ratio all the fancy growing products in the world aren't likely to help much.

Sounds like you are overwatering when the girls and that is carrying through. Or possible salt build up?

I have been guilty of both and have experienced what you describe in those instances....
