I'm using it. I've loved it. It's got more in it then the websites description would lead you to believe. It's got a hydro like feel to it. Can be watered at a seemingly acidic ph of 6.2 for veg and 5.8 for flower. Holds water for longer then other soils. It really only needs, at the most, 3-5ml cal/mag of some kind for the first 8 weeks. I like to add some root stuff to it cuz roots make flowers. I've added a couple doses of grow nutes but I can tell by the looks of my plants that it was unnecessary. Mix with a bit of perlite and vermiculite for ease and drainage. Up the cal mag a bit during flower. A little p and k boost the last few weeks of flower once or twice won't hurt. This is basically what some other guy posted and I followed his instructions with great results. Smart pots or similar are nice for it too. Keeps the soil from getting mucky.

I wont use Roots again unless its for outdoors, 3 years now I've bought it , from 3 different places and I've got bugs every time. What was funny was when i was at the grow shop talking about going hydro ad how I'll never bring dirt inside again, the guy looked right at me and said " you had Roots, didn't ya?"...so at least the grow shop guys have seen some issues..

the best
very light, well amended
but as weedfreak mentioned its pretty much guaranteed to give you gnats or bugs of some sort (just the nature of an organic medium)
