Roots dropping into resevoir

Hello, this is my first hydro grow and I noticed that 2 of my plants have roots dropping into the resevoir. Is this good or bad? Should I do somthing about it or just leave them. They just finished 2nd week of veg and I'm about to start flowering SOG. Also what does it mean to let plants clean out for 24 hrs. TY

Its good. Its what they're supposed to do. When all them have roots in the water you may want to lower the water level just a bit. Leaving a bit of air between your cup and waterline.
