rootbound

So I have rootbound.... I just transplanted it into a 5 gallon pot. The plant is grown in soil (fox farm forest ocean? ) under 2x4 T5 at about 92w with two 150 equivalent CFLs and two 60w equivalent LED bulbs. I'm feeding it general organics go box at 1/4 the ratio Once a week. I water the plant two 1/2 pints of water a week or until it starts showing signs of needing water.

Now, the plant is about 50 days old and it's around 6-8 inches tall. I figured that's all I'm getting so I put it on 12/12. I've completed two cycles (2 days 2 nights). Now that I've relized that i have rootbound and fixed its, I expect the plant to grow much bigger. Would it damage the plant if I put her back on 24/7? Or will she keep growing under 12/12 and flower at the same time? Here's a picture of the plant

Looks like mag def bro and ur grow medium shouldnt be that low
Yeah Im giving it camg+ with the feeding. And the low medium is probably the cause of the rootbound? I Dont know. it's in a 5 gallon pot now and the roots were balled up, l untangled them with my hand.

Changing light cycles dramatically, will lead to stress on the plant. Many people re-veg no problem, but stress accumulates over the course of the plants life in my experience. Any reveg will take some time for the plant to change course. If you were going to do it, the sooner the better. I would say you are only a couple days in and if you switched now could maybe see some growth slowed down for the next week. But don't be wishy washy, just make a move and do it. Just know the risks and you may lose a week's worth of growth (IMO). Also it's good to wait at least a week after transplanting to flower, because it could take some time for the plant to come out of being stressed. Not much root growth in flower.
