Root Room

I have plant about 1 week 1/2 old the roots are all over bottom of 2 liter bottle does room for roots affect the growth rate

If you are asking if a root bond plant grows slower then one that isn't root bond the answer is yes.

Also if the roots are limited in downward growth they tend to be more males versus female ratio's

yes get a bigger pot and make sure there is good drainage in the soil otherwise they will flood
