Rockwool,Hydrotron,Peroxide & Proven nutrients.

Where do the flood & drain guy's order their rockwool,hydrotron & pro grade peroxide from,there are no hydro shops near me so online is the ticket.

Also what are some great time tested & mother approved nutrients,please only reccomend from personal use in your systems.
