Dude. The Earth is not warming. There is some evidence that the atmosphere is loading with extra heat, but not the oceans, in a strange way we don't really understand.
But, the Earth. the dirt ball, itself? The Planet itself is cooling slowly as the moon spirals outward and there are less tidal forces on the Crust and mantle.
The Sun is cooling, long term, in the Main Sequence.
Our orbit is moving into a 10,000 year period of our orbit where we will eventually become almost in circular motion not elliptical, and colder, as we wobble from one major axis of ellipse orientation to another.

Volcanoes are not an effect, they are a cause.
Volcanoes CAUSE atmospheric COOLING.
Human presence itself seems to be the cause of this slight atmospheric Warming when we should be Cooling. And if you read this article above it makes a very good case that CO2 in the atmosphere is not a player in these big events that shape Ice Ages.

I agree with everything said ^^ But I do disagree on the warming....I believe it's a direct impact of human's.....There's a lot more then just the release of Co2 with Volcanoe's when they erupt and contribute to the cooling aspect IE Ash cloud's that reflect sunlight? Several studies of Ice cores Corroborate what @UncleBuck posted and the earth has never had to try to process as much C02 in it's history as it does now....So, far at least the Average temp of the Earth seems to only be increasing not decreasingDude. No link as been established and I love the guy, but @UncleBuck is not a reference.
Yes there is more Carbon 12, more than ever before that portion has increased.
But, the overall load of CO2 is not measurable increasing. IAC, the warming blip is nothing but a money maker. It will cure on it's own as we move away from the sun.
All the AGW nuts will cheer they DID SOMETHING. But, they didn't. All they did was make money out of fear on a done deal bet.

Well, I was drawing more on the Universe works show(Tryin to get the link)....And Citing the studies on the episode where in length Co2 and temps where discussed and presented with both side's of the coins and the studies. the sun is cooling but not in a significant way (Billions of years) .....Same with the orbit of the moon going out of orbit.....I would think the electromagnetic sphere of the earth beginning to switch would be the least comprehended thing effecting climate shift Maybe?
