Hello all,
Iv been lurking around here a while. Been outta the loop for about 6 years now. Not a newbie but after trying to catch up on all the new info and products I feel like one again. I am planning a single plant scrog soil grow in a 2x2.5 gorilla tent using a T2-V362 tasty led light just to get my feet wet again. For a strain I am bouncing around the idea of either Panama Red, Acapulco Gold or Ghost OG.
So first off I would like some constructive criticisms or opinions.
Some questions I have are ..
--With the tent I am using my total height would be 5'11", The Tasty led light says to keep 16'-18' away from plants...and my pot that I would be using(7 gal smart pot) takes up 1" leaving me with 3.5" finale plant height to work with...How long would I veg for? .....factoring in scrog method....
--What kind of nutrients would you suggest? I would like to stay organic
--Would the Tasty led light be enough for veg/flower alone?
--Would venting be necessary?
Ill add more questions as I go but any help is appreciated. Thanks!

So I have most of my equipment ready to go.
2x2.5 gorilla tent , T2-V362 tasty led, TerraBloom 4in inline fan, TerraBloom carbon filter, basic fans, basic temp/humidity monitor, smart pots 1g-7g, bluelab ph and ppm pen, ocean forest soil, earth worm castings.
I decided on Pure Ghost OG Fem.
The same questions still apply as stated. I do have more questions though.
I am doing research on a R/O system, does anyone have any opinions or a system they would suggest?
Also what do most of you all do with your "run off" "waste" water that these systems produce?
Should I stick with Fox farm soil or mix it with other soils like black gold, coco ..to that affect?
Any tips from others who have grown the Ghost OG would be appreciated as well. Thanks

The height depends on where your screen is and how much it stretches. Keep the screen low. To prevent stretching, keep the light as close as you can without causing heat stress, use some blue light, keep the temps under 80*F, reduce the temp difference between lights on and lights off (this can reduce yield though), and/or choose shorter strains.

That light is 146W. I (personally) would only grow one plant with that.

Veg until the scrog screen is like 75% full... then flip the switch.

Venting will be necessary to introduce co2 and circulate the air (and possibly remove heat/humidity).

When I ran dtw, I used the run off for my lawn/garden.

Never used fox farm. Never grown ghost OG. Don't know about organic nutes.

should I have co2 pumped in? I have a tank ..4ft... that I used to use with my pops in a big room .. but if I am venting and in such a small area would it be worth it ? or just count on the venting with fresh air for co2??
