ri laws per grow site

Ok so im new to the caregiver world and ive read through the obvious laws which they give you in booklet for patients. How many plants and which type of plant ect...

The more people i talk to the more stories i hear on these requirements to grow.

Example being, your not allowed to grow inside a home that has a newborn child there. Another is your not allowed to grow in same garage, house, apt whatever with another caregiver. Can a patient grow for themselfs inside another persons home?

Those are just 3. Seems like people just staying pulling things from nowhere. Is there a rulebook somewhere that state the specifics? I have searched google for days and read the laws they have on gov websites n they dont get into any specifics on those things. If you google one specific question you will find a text on some random website about it but nothing specifically answering it.

2 caregivers can both grow in 1 location IF both are on the lease AND both have 2 separate rooms labeled accordingly..

Children in the house as long as the grow is away and safe from them.

A patient can only grow at the address listed on the patients application so no you cant be a patient BUT grow at your buddies house unless that's your listed address.

Remember Most people get a card and just listen to hear say and NEVER get out and find out the laws and get familiar with what they are doing..Thats why you see all these people getting in trouble cause they failed to inform themselves.

Thank you. Thats why i made the post before i get any clones just to be sure... your post was deffinetly helpful. Sucks i dont have facebook but im going to that link you posted and read that as well. As for frankenstien your was not... ive read those tons of times and there is nothing new to learn since ive read them already. There is so much not stated inside the those pages. It would be nice if they could actually list completely what is and is not legal. Nowhere inside the laws does is say anything about co-op situation or how names have to be on leases ect. It makes sence obviously but they dont state it.

Do you have a citation for this? I don't recall seeing that anywhere (and, in fact, the lawyer with whom I talked specifically contradicted this). Did I miss a clause somewhere?

I do know of a place in ri that has several several co-ops inside one building. Got robbed not too long ago by one one them and they called cops n nothing happened. No arrests ect... but id rather know the facts then just one group of people who could get arrested at there next harvest for we know. Didnt mean to be an ass frankenstien, just looking for help on legal stand points and clearly there are many others who could use the correct info as well.

Also, i read on releaf that someones house was broken into and kid shot someone. Himself an his mom were both caregivers and growing in seperate room but in same apartment but no idea what happened. Thought i read that the weed ended up being legal amounts and the prosecutor said in quotes how its something that needs to be addressed.(co-op growing) but thats only thing ive read about it anywhere.

Also as long as the 2 caregivers are not caregivers for each other as well..This is called gray areas in the law..If its not IN the law its up for interpretation. Most people dont wanna be the one to bring it up in courts.Ok just like if your a patient u can have 12 and 12 but then im also a caregiver for 3 others does that mean i can have a separate grow room JUST for those patients and do another 12 and 24? those are gray areas.RI left to many un answer possibilities..Like hashes concentrates and baked goods..Howe many cookies can i have how much hash tinctures can i have is it even ok?When the centers open will they be able to have these things..Just wait and see how the laws will get amended once the centers open.

Shes allowed to grow where her id is listed under... if her address on her card is your house then she can grow at your house BUT pretty sure you are still able to get arrested cause card only protects her. Also if somehow you ever got raided im sure they would realize you were in on it sort of speak and try to get you in some crap. Your parents would have to be under full understanding that she technically lives there according to the state.

You may have heard of people who got a med card at 18 (which would allow them to grow for themselves as I understand it), but you can't be a caregiver (unless they lied about their age on the app).

You could always start saving for good equipment now... another yrs past you could have a real nice setup just waiting for clones/seeds. Better off with it in your name rather than someone elses.too many grey areas in rhode island an douche cops who dont respect it yet. Even if there was one plant is veg an one plant in flower in your girls name but at your house they would still try to say something was illegal and make an arrest.may not hold up in court but your still out lawyer fees and court fees and time an a slandered name on the news.

That would work it doesnt matter if the cops came and seen the grow as long as you have a copy of her card on hand and the address change is done you could water the plants all day long and help her with it too..Another good way would be for your parents to kinda give you and her a lease type thing just to clarify that "she lives in the home too"

Aren't you already abusing the program by using your girlfriend as a patient and most likely dealing to the street? I would say just forget the program, move somewhere exotic with your girlfriend and start growing.

I wouldnt go that far Maybe he wants to help provide medicine for his girlfriend but she cant grow in her home..Assumptions are just that.
