Retractable Clothes line for staking/drying?

As I have seen people string line/rope across a room to dry their buds I had thought about installing one of those retractable clothes lines in my g-room. It hit me that maybe if I had a couple strung across at a level just below the bud-line of the rows of growing plants that I may also use it to tie into and stabilize during the grow instead of staking. Has anyone done something like this?

Look at yo-yo hangers.

do not use the hang method

it is not worth the time unless u convert a whole room and have large amounts
the hang method mimics tobacco drying and curing
the time period to dry correctly is increased by several days (this gives the mold bigger chance to attach) more thc degrade from light and heat if not controlled
u need a much larger air flow (more then one fan so the air currents change )

for us small growers the racks are always a better choice

i did the hang method for 4 months it will work fine for a quick flip but a long term cure u will get mold ........the bad part of this is when u do the clip and cure the stems that the flower is wrapped around is still wet .........u do your bend/break test on open parts it is miss leading ..............laying on the rack counters this it is not all going to the downward spot ........it releases more evenly

I've seen the hanging racks with the multiple levels...thinking I could make something using the same hanging principal and making the racks like I make my wife's open bird feeders...i.e. framed window screen.

Yeah, I think it was one of the yo-yos I first saw. Had 40' of line so I pictured being able to go back and forth enough for 5, 7' lines. Not sure now if the utility/convenience will/would give me that much more than just stringing some a line without the contraption....just seemed orderly.
