Requirements to get a card

Hey guys and gals...

I am a first time poster, and I have some ???. I want to get a legal card and I was curious as to what the requirements are. I have been diagnosed as Bi Polar Manic Depressive and I also have spinal stenosis. Would I possibly be able to get a card with those diagnoses?

Also, what would be the best ways to go about talking to the doctor? What things should I bring up or not bring up. I live in Wayne County, and I would really be interested in finding a dispensary that has a doctor or a doctor that one would referr me too.. Thanks for all the help. I want to do this legally of course, but I wouldn't mind bending the truth a little to reach my ultimate goal.

Peace!

@Cannabis420420 Thanks for the info man, there are a few docs in my area, so I will start calling around. Thanks for the link too.. great source!

@gangaluvr....lol Yea, my mental health diagnosis came after a 15 minute verbal questionaire with a doctor I saw that one time and one time only, but hey, whatever works right? I was told to take lexapro, but after about 3 months on the drug, gaining weight, and not feeling any different I stopped taking the med and haven't gone back. Should I mention the fact that the lexapro didn't really have any positive effect on me when I go see a MJ doc, or should I not say anything about it? I want to give any info that may help me obtain a card, but not so much they may deny me..

If anyone in the metro detroit area knows of a GOOD MJ doc, please let me know. It would be nice to go to a doctor that a previous patient has given me a good word on, if possible.

(I would give my email addy if needed, but I don't know if that is against board rules???)

you can get your card easy just say you have chronic pain cause of your back, most of the highly advertised docs want all kinds of medical records, if you dont have them then I can refer you to someone in flint that doesn't require medical records, the appointment takes 6 minutes but it is a very long line everyday like a 3 hour wait seems to be typical from the people I have talked to, 100$...then its the usual 100$ when u submit your application to the state. The other day he had a special for 50$ and was signing papers from 8am til midnight and people camped out there from midnight the previous night and people that got there at 8am had to wait up to 5 hours lol - it is getting ridiculous it might as well just be legal - message me Ill give you info

also dont mess with these dispensary unless you find a real gem, just join yer compassion club its a much bigger and more competitive market to buy from other patients and growers. for the most part every county has a compassion club in southern michigan, I am pretty sure wayne county has a pretty big one, If not you can come up to our flint club its huge there is thousands of members.
