Sad thing is Obama didn't do any justice for the immigrants, it was more a Band-Aid to show that he "cares" about immigration policy but doesn't have big enough balls to do the right thing.

i could easily debunk you with clips of sarah palin chanting or joni ernst endlessly repeating taxed enough already, but it's funnier to me to point out what a piece of shit you are as a person.

how's the subway job going?
I'm sorry, was Sara Palin a nationally elected candidate?

Or was she just charging speaking fees to speak from 09 to present?

moving the goalposts, eh bignbushy?

because that was not the original claim. originally, you only said "republicans".
No, that was my restatement of her position.

Go look.

I then went on to say nationally elected be has she came immediately to mind.

See, here on the second page is where I state my position.

I don't recall nationally elected officials endlessly chanting those things, or simply stating them as their platform without adding more.

What the tea party people chant is not the same thing as a candidates campaign motto.

This isn't to say Republicans never use a slogan.

But the democratic party bases campaigns on them. Change. Forward. Republicans have never had anything like this in my memory.

Interesting read.

Most of those don't really fit the paradigm were talking about here.

Yes, damn near everything is going to have a motto, McDonald's is loving it.

Bush didn't go out and finish every sentence with "no child left behind." Obama just about ended every sentence with "yes we can. "

That's what I was talking about.

Leaving behind the facts and argument, and just repeating a few focus group tested words, change we can believe in.

good job on changing the goalposts.
Nationally elected officials, and to a lesser extent those like Palin who run for those offices, set the tone and agenda nation wide.

This whole debate about parties and their use of slogans is rather silly. All ccampaigs, political movements, or just about everything else has a slogan or motto.

It's not bad to have one.

But I responded to a post that side republicans are just an empty suit with a slogan.

I pointed out that this is no less true in democrat politics. And i hinted that democrat might rely more heavily on them.

And your position is Democrats don't have slogans.

i don't believe anyone solicited advice on how to rape an invalid, so you're not really needed here.

And there is your tacit admittance of being wrong.
we've already established that you changed the goalposts because you are too much of a worthless heroin junky to formulate a decent argument. this is just me having fun with your failings in life now, bignbushy.

You're either one of the smartest or dumbest person I've ran across.

Have you ever seen a life that didn't have a failing or two? I've no idea who big is, but either you're a scum bag and deciphered all his secrets (smart bucky ) or you're a dumbass and think that once one has failed they always fail (dumb bucky). If he came here and disclosed all of this voluntarily, it indicates the worse is behind him.

either way, you're boring and monotonous.

I've heard you and two others, I think, accuse me of being he. Mostly because the other two seem to be either your sock puppet, or puppets on strings.

Many more think you're bignbushy.
