Registering to grow personal medical supply

So several months ago i received a notice that the acmpr is expired oct 17 or when my license expires and to refer to cannabis regulations, does anyone know where i can obtain the new application? or is the medical program gone with the acmpr?

I just did my renewal last month... not much has changed on the surface, there are no more storage limits...

Why bother...who's coming to check? My mmar garden isn't even at the same address that's on my papers. Nobody cares. Every household is allowed to grow, so unless you are doing something that might arouse police suspicion or have them knock on your door regularly, I wouldn't worry about it. Just my two cents....not legal advice I need to put that disclaimer in otherwise some people get their panties in a bunch lol
