Reflective Hood needed for a 250 watt CFL.

How would I go about creating a Reflective hood for a monsterous 250 watt CFL?

Or

Where would I buy one for this type of cfl?

If nessessary i'll post a picture of this CFL, it is quite big way bigger than I had expected.
