Alright, I am in the germination process right now. My seeds are in soil and they have emerged about a quarter to a half inch out of the soil. I am growing then right now under flouro lights. The stem has a little bit of a pink/red tint and my plants havent grown much in the last two days... any need for concern? or is this part of the process?

Don't worry about it, it will go away.
I have them under 18/6 right now, should i change it to 24/0 ?

What kind of light you using? I always start out at 24/0 then switch to 18/6 when they get a few inches.

Yeah I suggest 24/0 at least till they get a few inches, then 18/6, or even keep it at 24/0 if you'd like.
