Recs/Renewals post the affordable health care act "obamacare"

I thought I'd post this since it's likely others may encounter this potential problem. I recently found out that my primary physician, amongst some other local docs, are merging their services with the hospital. The move is apparently due to the cost of billing, etc. with the new health care program. This leaves me wondering what are the chances of still using the same doc for my renewal if they're going to be affiliated with the hospital.

Secondly, if I am forced to find another doc due to this, how many visits are required for the bonafide relationship before they can make a rec? Just figured I'd throw this out there and see if anyone else has run into this yet. Fortunately I have plenty of time on my card.

Docs that are part of a hospital organization are generally not allowed to work with MMJ.

Doesn't mean they will all conform but everything gets more difficult when working with a hospital group. Much less testing, more generic drugs prescribed and less time per patient.
