Re-veg question

Are you supposed to pick the flowers off when re-vegging or do they do their own thing?

Any tips are also appreciated, this is my first time and hopefully my last. I never thought I would want to keep a freebie that I was running so bad and it has me in this predicament. I left her plenty of stem and leaf and the lower buds, essentially if she can make it through this she has all she needs to just flower right back up. I just wanna take some clones though :P.

The strain is Cream Mandarin (Fast Version) I have a thread about it in the seed / strain review section.

The main thing in revegging is to have them under at least 18 hours light per day. Period. Leaving the flowers has no effect on whether it will reveg or not. So, take all the buds off :)

...and be ready for a LONG wait! My first re-veg,I used an aero cloner to clone a Burmese Kush in flower. took 4 months before i could take clones from her, but she's the happiest little momma in the space!!! and the clones pop roots in a week!!!

Here are some pics of her early days and from a few days ago,

they do there own thing, you dont have to take off anything, but once the foliage gets back vegging youll want to slowly remove the old dying flowers to avoid rot, botrytis and other funky tuff that can arise during a reveg.

I didn't pick any buds off. I chose a smaller, lower branch and cut it and stuck it in my rooter.

Here is my reveg project. I took the cutting about 3wks into flower. It took about 25days for enough roots for transplant. And now this is about 4days post transplant, she's finally starting to vegetate again.

I don't see any single blade leaves like I was expecting. Only triple bladed, non-serrated leaves so far. Very curious to see if the vigor remains after the reveg...

I took 6 clones from two strains that were 1 month into flower, I put then into a 24 hour veg. Had roots within 7 days, The 3 green cracks clones took about 3 weeks to start showing normal growth again. The 3 purple urkles, at 6 weeks still had funky leafs growing, So i topped it. 1 week after topping(7weeks) Normal growth began.

Not sure if topping will induce something that helps normal growth show faster, but it did in my case. Plan on testing this theory again soon.

I was interested in the monstercropping, and so far it seems to be holing up true, More tops than I know what to do with.

I've revegged and ran the clones for 4 runs, clones off of clones off of clones. Noticed absolutely no loss in vigor. I've revegged another, Pure AK, strain and ran it 2 times and noticed no loss in vigor this one I did massive root pruning when I went to reveg. it, also turned some awesome colours during the process.

If it goes threw the process healthy, and you take care of it :), I think you'll be fine.

99% sure this was a reveg/monster crop.

just make sure the plant is fully revenged before taking clones. I remember i had a killer bubbakushXpurplegooberry from seed, i revenged it, took some earlier and some a little later. I put the ones from earlier in flower and they didn't do to good so i thought the strain was no good anymore, so i through the rest of the cuts into flower and didn't keep any around, they turned out better then the first run of the strain. I was mad i didn't reveg again but moral of the story make sure you reveg fully.

careful doing that, typically a re-vegged plant is already been harvested right? so you'll have a small stump of buds left, if you pick all the buds off the cannabis won't hae any growing tips, they start re-vegging right out of the calyxes.
At least the 15-20 times i've re-genned my plants.
Don't pick off the all the nugs. It's also another great way to introduce mold and increase the plants transpiration of water, and it already was harvested so, be nice to the lady man.
