Rare smoker and Quest drug test

Here's the deal

Hardly smoke anymore but did the night of the super bowl on 2/1. Probably about 5 hits from a bowl. Not super dank either. Before that I probably smoked the beginning of August and I couldn't tell you the time before then.

I am 6 ft 170 and have a relatively fast metabolism

I have a pre employment drug screen test tomorrow at Quest. I took a home test (50 ng/ML test from Walgreens) three days ago (2/9) and passed in the evening and another yesterday morning (2/11) first pee and passed.

My test is tomorrow. Will I be ok? Unless my employer asks for a stricter drug screen it should be the same threshold as the home tests I took. Should I dilute to be safe? This is a VERY important job as I just graduated with my masters.

You are probably fine but, the common sense thing to do is flush with water the night before and, the morning of.

quest labs .........is this a lab test or a simple test like u took

u have several options to cover your ass
if u come up dirty
1 u use CBD oil ........that would make the test come up possitive like a poppy seed muffin
2 u were in a legal state tried some (while on your personal time in a legal state)

hell washington DC is making it Illegal for them to do piss test for hiring as it is legal there


if this is a simple pee in the cup test u should be fine ....to improve your odds
drink cranberry juice ....about a gallon of it...it will flush what ever has built up in the system ......after u finish drinking it u will pee like a horse stuff will come out yellow at the start but as the time goes on will be clear

u want to piss clear ........and give them that sample (will be piss but anything in the system will be at such low lvls it will not trigger anything )
