thats subjective though, like some people have more money to work with and totally disagree with you, when they compare the cost of finding the right caregiver with the right products.

I wish disp let us showcase our bud on their shelves, with hoopla and all, sure, if you really like a certain grower get on his list already and become his patient hes got a space.

I am medical but I grow my own, so I do not go to dispensaries or have my own caregiver... I can, however, answer some questions in regards to Michigan's laws about Medical Marijuana. I know for a fact the Medical Marijuana from the dispensaries here are TOP notch, but close to street price. $45 - $55 an 1/8 usually is what it costs. But it's always good.

While most dispensaries carry a mix of hydro and organic (because caregivers can sell their extra crop) I prefer organic. The taste is smoother and the high seems to be a little more controllable, but I love some good hyrdo too! I wouldn't be able to tell you which strains are most popular but dispensaries carry a LOT. Legally you are allowed to possess up to 2.5 ounces of usable marijuana at 1 time, so you wouldn't be able to obtain more than that at a time...but I am not sure on frequency of visit.

I stay away from the dispensaries because it keeps me under the radar that much more. Even though I'm legal, I'm still paranoid and cover my own ass... I don't want to be in the store when the dispensary gets raided for whatever stupid reason. If you are a registered caregiver you can sell to the dispensaries, but I'm not sure on that whole process either since, like I said, don't go to them.

Your grow area must be in a concealed a locked room or area. If it's fenced in outdoors and not fully concealed, it won't do.

I answered the questions I thought I could answer accurately for you, sorry it's not in the best order.

A c.g can only be compensated for their meds from their pt's, despenses were never legal until yesterday and I dont think any have the rite liscenses from the state yet!

despenses have never been legal and c.g's cant sell to any one other than their pt's that they are registered to thru the registry!

Now c.g's can only sell to their pt's that they are connected to thru the registry (if they have a c.g card with a pt name on the back they can sell to them) c.g's can only sell to their pt's registered to them thru lara! do I sound like a broken record yet lol?

Every thing just changed, or nothing changed, despenses were not legal untill the 20th and now they will be called supply centers, you can only be in one of the legal commercial mm slots now,

You can grow for supply centers if you get your liscense from the state, you can get a liscense for 500 , 1000 or 1500 plants, you have to keep track of it from seed to sale, you have to hire some one to transport it, it has to be tested, and than it can be transported to the supply centers, supply centers pay 3% tax on it when they buy it, they charge their customers 6% sales tax like all other non food goods!

You cant be a grower and a seller and a transporter and a lab to test, or the seed to sale shit,

You can only be one of them, you cant be a supply center and a grower, you cant be a transporter and a supplier, you cant be a tester and a grower, supplier, transporter, tester or seed to sale biz, You can only be one of them!

as of now pt's and c.g's are the same, the only thing that changed is we are allowed to have medibles, extractions, no butane extractions,

1 oz =

16 oz's of marihuana-infused product if in a solid form.

7 grams of marihuana-infused product if in a gaseous form.

37 fluid oz's of marihuana-infused product in a liquid form

So I've always wondered. Once you take down a batch and jar your 2.5 ozs. What are you supposed to do with the left over buds? Throw them in the trash? Give them away?

maybe keep them on a full plant stalk hanging, its not usable then, grow smaller plants, less often, oil is legal, medibles are legal, lots can be possessed too....... but if you cant figure it out on your own....
best bet is to bury it in the compost at once.

I know a person (wink wink) that takes his overages and makes butter or he takes his extra after it is cured and bury's it around a certain spot, he makes a map that no one can find, and when he needs to he exchanges it with the next batch!

This guy dont sell anything, he gives lots away to people who are less fortunate than him, he likes to make oil and send it via usps to people that need it, and he hasnt been w/o meds in at least 5 yrs, he has an awsome c.g so he dont need to grow, he gets a plant about every other month, most months the plants have upto 7 oz's of cola's and a half lb of popcorn buds and sugar leaf's for his medibles and oil!

I would never grow smaller plants to stay with in my legal limits,,I know of so many places I could put the overages so leo cant find them or tie them to me,,,,,,this guy could make a few grand a month on his overages, but what happens when the grower has problems and it takes 3 months to get meds again? fuck that I am making an mm treasure map and doing the same thing as my friend (wink wink) No way would I sell my extra and than run out, I have not been out of mmj for well over 20 yrs! And I dont plan on running out, shit I have to bury my 5 oz roach collection lol!

dry weight! I couldnt beleive how nice it was, I have pics, I need to get them from my photo bucket and it isnt working all that good for me,,,,,,I think I need a new pc.......If I had your phone number I could text you them lol!

He grew me a little purple urple or what ever it was, it was 21" tall, had 3 zips of budd on it, I have notes of all of my plants for the last 5 yrs, you would not beleive how much my c.g has grown/given me in a little over 5 yrs, this yr alone it averaged well over 2.5 per month! I have some from last christmas still, I have over 3 zips of roaches buried in the forrest lol!

He just gave me some what he says he was told was purple kush, the plants looked awsome, the leaves looked so dark purple it was black, they looked like plastic, so I look at a cola and say are they all that small, he said yea I put 3 plants in there for you, I get home I have 3 plants that I just cant beleive he would grow for 3 months for the amount I got, I got 2.5 oz's from 3 plants,,,,,,,from 3 pants, the budds are dry and wont lose any more wet weight, its not cured yet, I tried a little and dont realy like it yet (when its cured it will taiste better) its buzzyy,,,,,after I questioned the size of cola's, he went and grabbed me a 1/2 of cherry kush and 18 grams of shatter! so Im not complaining, but I am hoping I dont have to make butter out of the budd!

I cant get my photo bucket to work, took me a fucking hr for this one, this is one green crack drying upstairs in my garage,,,,,I have pics with all the leaf off that would show you the budds, 7 oz's of cola's, I weighed the popcorn budds with my medible/oil scratch!

He gives you the whole plant untrimmed, leaves and all?? Fuck that would save me so much time drying/trimming/curing if I could do that for my patients! They'd look at me like I had two heads though if I just showed up with a big ole plant. I have a patient that is stage 4 bone cancer, so I make her a ton of oil and she just doesn't have the energy to be trimming and whatnot for hours on end. Another patient lives 2 hours away and I wouldn't want to be transporting a big ass plant that far....but it would be great if I could do that!

He lives about 52 miles from me one way, we used to live 5 miles away from each other, I moved.

Im his only pt he gives a plant or plants to! others have thier own deal and I only know one of them, his wife, so none of them know my deal with him, I used to go help him trim now and than before I moved!

He has been great, Im thinking my good fortunes will be coming to an end, I dont think he can afford to be a grower, and a c.g is gonna have to go black market to make cash on their crops, they wont be getting rid of it at farm markets and despenses any longer,,,,(i hope they do but doubt they will) so pt's like me that dont pay, will be the first to go lol!

Im glad I moth balled my grow equip, everything but soil lol! so all I need are my grow rights or some one elses and im up and running! as long as he has some kind of deal for me he can keep my grow rights, heck I can handl a pt w/o growing like I have it now lol!
