Questionable yellow spots, what do you think?

Hey all,
I'm currently in my first grow and noticing yellow speckled marks on some of the fan leaves.

My set up is: DWC/bubbler and i'm using GH flora series three-part. Got a 600W MH used in veg and a 600W HPS. Should be almost done, about to flush in a little over a week (using final phase) I have been washing the resevoirs throughly each time i change the water (~ every two weeks). I've been using tap water which comes a little hard (as well as slightly basic) but pH ing properly i believe, using GH pH (down usually needed for veg, nothing is usually needed for the bloom mix pH wise) Usually the indicator shows between str8 yellow and that weird sour brown/yellow that is between the yellow and the more green hues (i think ~5.5-6.0) The overall plants look healthy but without additional supplementary lighting i did lose a lot of the lower branches. They are three plants per 12 gal tub, 6 plants total. I got this goin in a 5x5x7 tent with charcoal air filter and a nice steady temp 69-75 F. (AC window unit outside the tent, but near the intake fan). Strain is Barney's Farm Blue Cheese fem from seeds (from attitude).

Problems i've run into along the way include some pH stress very early on as well as fungal gnats during late veg. Mosquito dunks were recommended to me by the guy at the hydro store and seem to have at least minimized the gnat problem.

These speckles are very freckly and often bright yellow and seem to appear on older leaves, most prominent on the central veins of each leaflet. My biggest suspicions are that it is caused by a nute deffeciency or a fungal infection of some sort. It seems to be affecting leaves near each other on the same plant. for a long time it was only one two of them, and now three (it was next to one of the other ones with it). The two that were first affected are actually my smallest one and my tallest one (probably first or second in size, but a bit stretchier than the other five). I cant tell the degree of damage if any caused by the spots, but have attempted to remove the majority of spotted leaves, without over pruning. This strain has a very high leaf ratio and i have seen people say trimming the leaves on this one is actually pretty good for it. The buds appear healthy and smell great but this is 6 weeks or so and they are not fattening as much as i expected by now. i'm a little bit Worried some pruning during early flower may have stunted yields, but at this point not much to do about it. is it the tap water? or maybe the root competition between plants? here's a attached i tried to get a good view of the spots.

idk seemed like a minor issue but im stumped and would love to hear from some experienced folks.

For future grows i think i can fill up the same amount of space using 4 12 gal tubs each with one plant in each. I think the increased root space will enable me to obtain similar yields with less seeds. might try screen training too
