Hi i have a question regarding my right clavicle and the use of medical marijuana. I broke my collar bone a couple years back and for some reason the doctor let it heal where the bone is overlapped meaning the bone healed ontop of the other bone. Ever since it has happened i have constant pain in my shoulder and have found that marijuana relieves the pain i have throughout the day. I have tried taking vicodin and percecet but i have a weird problem where i through up when i take pills and my only other solution is cannibus. My question is, i am wanting to know if i am a canidate to get medical marijuana.

Thanks for your time.
Also i live in California.

I don't know about the weed but you are a candidate to pursue a law suit if you can prove this was the fault of the doctor. Better hurry because this is goverened by a time limitation. Also their is a bundle of nerves that runs beneath your clavicle referred to as the brachial plexus and you can have all sorts of problems with your arm if you don't get it fixed.
