Question on using Neem Oil

So i have actually had spider mites for the last month or month and a half. For some reason they had little to no affect on my plants. And still really are not doing much. I know they are spider mites because I studied a few with my trich hand magnifier. Recently they just started to multiply and spread quicker but still not doing much damage. I bought some neem oil but I am just looking for some good advise on best way to use. I have bud growth and am just really unsure wheather I spray everything because spraying without getting bud wet will be tough. Please any advise will be GREATLY apreciated.

i you bought just straight neem oil, then all you need to do is mix some murphys oil soap, to emulsify the solution , usually its half soap half neem per gal or whatever, but if you bought AZAMAX then just use that striaght and read the directions

...you can use biodegradable dishliquid also to emulsify the solution (Ivory). Make sure you get the underside of the leaves formost.
However, you have 2 things going against you. 1) I wouldn't spray neem after wk#3 of flowering, it could bring on bud rot, I wouldn't suggest any folliage spraying that late in bloom. 2) Neem is more of a preventative, not for an emergency outbreak of mites... imo.

...you might want to look into something else to do the mass murder'n of those little bastards. I'd personally get a gas bomb ( plant friendly ofcourse) ...good luck man.
