question on breeding

Ive been wanting to try my hand at breeding, but wanted to wait until i found 2 strains that i really like. Well i found 2 and am ready to start. My question is.... Which parent is most likely to show dominant traits thanx 4 any info

I'm currently experimenting making Fem seeds and Fem /cross strains.
The links shed some good light on the subjects
