This is my base soil-
Fox Farms Ocean Forrest (has Folic acid)
Fox Farms Light Warrior (has Humic acid)
Some Coco Coir Croutons
Worm Castings, bone meal, bat guano, Pure Bloom organics granule, crab shell mix, kelp mix, gypsum, Plant Success(humic acid)
and a little garden Lime.

THIS IS MY QUESTION- so obviously I have enough Humid acid in my soil already but IS THERE ENOUGH FOLIC ACID in the FFOF? It has humus which has a bunch of folic acid in it but there's probably not a lot of the humus in FFOF I bet, right?? Should I get Folic Acid when brewing my teas????? If you can help me out thanks I would appreciate it

I imagine you're talking about fulvic acid, not folic acid, right? Two very different animals...

If you are adding some high-quality worm castings, you should be set on all the humic and fulvic acids you need. Be careful, too. Over-doing fulvic acid can cause serious problems.
