I have never been to a Disp. That charged me tax. I wonder how many know they are suppose to be collecting it? And once again the big tax man gets its share of the pot, no pun intended..

They all are supposed to be charging tax. There is a law in California that says you can not tax medicine. However that law doesn't apply to medical cannabis for some reason.

When it comes to illegal products, it's all taxable. If you were a mafia hitman the IRS would still expect you to pay taxes on your income and you could deduct the cost of bullets. It's fucked up, but that's tax law. Ask Al Capone.
