Question about PH/PPM for seedling in 5 gal DWC

I am a hydro newbie no experience. I decided to start two 5 gallon dwc with tomato plants as guinea pigs :-) I germinated them in rockwool cubes and transplanted to dwc buckets, one plant seedling in each. Week 1 I let them sit in plain ph 'd water. Week 2....I added a little fulvex for some nutrition? It is Week 3 (they are still very tiny) but roots are just starting to come out from under net pots. I have decided to add grow 2 part base nutrients (at below 1/4 strength) along with fulvex, calmag, and silica in very small amounts. My total PPM is 180 and PH 5.8. I think this is appropriate for such tiny seedlings? I was thinking of bumping nutrients and PPM up to maybe 200-300 next water change, until I can see a noticeably bigger heartier plant. My only issue is 79 degree water! Going to try frozen 2 Liters maybe. Do I have the right idea here? Any suggestions appreciated. Here is pic of te larger one.
