Question about nute burn on leaves

I believe that a couple of my plants have a slight nute burn. The tips of some of the lower leaves are brown/yellow. The plants are a little over 3 weeks old and about 5 inches high with 4-5 nodes each. Only the first node leaves, and a couple second node leaves have the burn.

I havent watered them in about 3 days and the last time I did, I flushed the worst one with a bunch of water to try and get some of the nutes outa the soil.

Do the tips of the leaves return to green once the plant is no longer nute burned, or are they pretty much dead. My next watering is supposed to be one with some nutes, should I dilute it even more than I did before, or should I go with one more session of straight water before returning to nutes.

I am using growers gold organic soil, and fox farms big grow nutes. I put 1/4 the reccomeded dose into their nutes.

The leaves that are burned will not get better they will always have the signs of what has happened in there life. When you flush I have heard to use 2 to 3 times as much water as the size of your pot. When you nute your plants you are only supposed to every other or every third watering. Make sure you check your soils ph and the waters ph that you are using. Around now in this part of your plants life the ph starts to matter more and more. add some pics you'll get more help or try to post in the plant problem sections.
