Question about CMH vertical grow in small locker.

I have a locker which is 0.8 x 2.25 x 2.5 meter. I'm not sure how to use it yet.

If I divide it into three; one small veg room, one small breeding/flower room, and one big flower room.
I can move veggers out of their current room, which is not stealthy, I'd save money on a couple of ballasts, but also the heat load would be spread throughout the day so a quieter/smaller cooling system can be used.

Plan is 2 x 315w CMH in the big room, and one each for the smaller rooms. So only two ballasts necessary for 4 lamps. The 12h CMH in the veg room will be supplemented with LED for the rest of the day, and the other rooms will get some LEDs too, if they are still cool enough.

If I divide it vertically, so I get one tall silo, it could be about 1.25 wide, but here is a question: It is only 0.8m deep, is it possible to grow 360' in there still? Seems it'll get very cramped, so what do you think about this configuration: Placing the two lamps plus the LEDs in a vertical line just inside where the door is? So the plants can fill both the back wall and the side walls. That's 7.125 m2.

If I divide it horizontally, so I get one wide flower room, it'll be a 1.8 m2 floor.

It seems to me the foliage depth/thickness is going to be less for the same plant mass in the silo. So probably there will be less dark spots than in the bottom of the horizontal room. vert cupboard.jpg horiz locker.jpg

What would you do, and why? Cheers!
