Quebec wants to ban homegrown, and yet...

I'm confused. Can Quebec legally do this?

Sigh... and here I thought that finally I'd be able to grow without looking over my shoulder.

Just 4 plants period? No difference from veg, seedling or unrooted cuttings?
You can pull a very respective haul with 4 plants. Longish veg time though


And in a 5 gallon bucket no less. Dude I'm impressed. I might have to give that vertical thing a go.
Right? He's the MASTER grower of Colo:wink:

I heard about montreal's ban about owning plants yesterday which is surprising as they're more relaxed with their liquor laws but I'm assuming they feel different about pot. Montreal also doesn't have the LCBO which is taking total control over pot and not sure how they'll compete with the black market.

In Ontario we'll be able to own two plants but I'm sure people will be growing plants at their cottages, parents and grandparents homes too.

I noticed that tty has a problem counting to twelve but other than his own proclamations of incredible quality, I haven't heard a third party say anything.
